Introduction

I grew up on Long Island and lived and worked in Manhattan for many years. When the weather started to turn warm, most news media published a “Summer Reading List”. I now live in Southeast Florida where the winters are much more appealing to me. So I am offering my “Winter Reading List of Classic Business Tomes” which has been compiled from suggestions from smart business advisors including my colleagues at Vistage.

I hope that you may find something here that will get your juices going to help you grow your businesses. Several members of my Vistage CEO group have recently read Napoleon Hill’s book Outwitting the Devil: The Secret to Freedom and Success, which was written in 1938. I just ordered it myself. It is next on my list.
